Agreed! Especially seeing other people in my family being “visible” poc while I get to pass as almost white. And I get to hear racist comments that would otherwise not be said!
On the same note, this also happens to me when people don’t suspect that I’m middle-eastern and say mean things about middle-easterns/muslims.
